Here we go again....91 560SEL rear seat removal....

I'm trying to pull the back seat out to get to the rear shock absorbers. Every diagram, article I've read, person I 've asked as said to start by moving the lever at the bottom of the seat. Guess what? I can't find this lever on either side.

Anyone have any ideas? I've pulled the bottom of the leather seat cushion up enough to really feel around the bottom of the entire back seat, but can't feel anything except smooth steel framing. Did the 91 560SEL with reclining, heated seats have a differrent method for seat removal?

Thanks in advance,

the recining model did, i think it needs to be all the way back, and if you look at the lower edge near the feet area you should see two holes, i believe there are tow 10mm bolts there, one on each side.
