Can someone please tell me how a guy is supposed to get at the transmission modulator valve on a 1990 190E 2.6
That baby is way up in there in no man's land. I need to replace the vacuum line to it and I was hoping to replace the valve itself but I don't see it coming out unless the transmission comes out! Supposedly you can adjust the valve by simple removong the cover and twisting the valve adjust key and replacing the cover...I can't see how anyone could do this in the small space given. Please help.
