c43 vibration in front end

I am getting nickel and dimed to death trying to correct front end vibration. Now I am into big dollar repairs and I don’t want to experiment. Some people (shops) say my tie rod ends are marginal??? MARGINAL? Others say Mercedes tie rods don’t go bad and mine are fine. Some say wheel bearing, other say they are fine. And still others say it’s all in the tires (which I have replaced at this point)

Tie rods seems tight to me? Little to no play. What else should I look for?

Wheel bearing? Grabbing the passenger side wheel and shaking it produces an audible clank clank clank that is not coming from the tie rod. Any ideas on what I should look for to confirm that it is a wheel bearing or if it is a wheel bearing? The drivers side does not do this.

Tires had uneven wear on the outside edge on the passenger tire but not significant. The vibration is at higher speeds 65+
