A/C doesn't turn off when car is off

95 s500 a/c blower

just fixed one of these.believe it or not with the car switched off the main power line to the blower is still alive.the ground which controls the speed of the blower is the culprit.it is the blower regulator mounted in the blower cavity.replace it and all will be well. david poole european performance dallas tx.
