trans

if you are really lucky the kickdown solenoid was either [1]jammed open or has power all the time [2]you used a sealing washer between the case and the kickdown solenoid when you reassembled. otherwise, remember that short shaft in the back of the trans the one that b2 fits onto with the band? there are two seals that fit onto the shaft and line up with the fluid passages in b2 [the rear clutch pack is 4th gear]sounds like one of those seals got cut when you were doing your labor of love. david poole european performance dallas tx.
