Question Part # 129 800 08 04 Models/Years

The part number above is for the convertible/hard top front latch assembly including the hydraulic cylinder, passenger side, from a '99 SL500. I need to find out which other years MB used this latch assembly in the SL500, and was it also used on the SL600? Any other Models? Years?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I do not even find that partnr for the 99 SL500,
but browse here to find the parts for the
different models (should be group 80 for all);

http://www.detali.ru/cat/oem_mb0.asp?TP=1

Most of the models list the lock as 1298000874.

Thanks so much, syljua! That Model/Parts link gives me everything I need. Could you clarify one thing...you said that you didn't find that part # for a '99, but it is listed as you indicated in the 129/SL500/Group 80, which would include the '99, correct? My Russian is a bit rusty. Thanks again!

Bob

No, I did not find it anywhere, and several
part lookup places on the net, like the one at
www.classic-roadster.de, give not known part for 1298000804...
