1990 300e #7 fuse blows

I'm new here but not new to MB's. I just bought a 1990 300E that keeps blowing the #7 fuse, I believe it's the blower motor but the fuse will blow even when the heat or AC isn't on. Additionally can anyone direct me to a good repair manual. Thanks

what does the fuse card say is on that circuit? i doubt it is for the blower motor, check the cigarette lighter for stray coins that have fallen inside first. let us know what the card says

B/U lamp (checks good), heating water valve?, water pump?, engine fan (checks good), heating system for washer jets (haven't used), climate control?, relay aux. fan term 86???, aut. trans electrics(blows in park), AC compressor. Thanks for response, I posted it twice cause I thought I did something wrong.

how did you test them? make sure the fuse is the correct amperage. if that is ok try unplugging the items individually and see if the fuse stays intact

Fuse is 16 amps but it will blow intermittently with ac on or off. My concern is that the water pump and fan work of this system. Currently I have a 8 amp fuse in place of the 16 amp and as long as I don't turn on the AC it's good. Originally I thought it was in the water pump system cause the 16 amp copper fuse would blow w/out ac on. I need a good source for a manual. Thanks
