Transmission vacuum hoses

here is the story :

1. Father got transmission rebuilt
2. transmission modulator was 'softened'

Transmission still has flares from 3-4 and sometimes 2-3 and it always jerks from 1-2 and sometime from 2-3. What I think from reading all this is there is some vacuum issue like an actual hose. What should I do to treat this issue?

More vacuum troubles...

Sometimes ( once in a blue moon ) after twisting the key to turn it off, all the doors and the trunk lock.... I would have to manually lift up the door lock to get out.. but the alarm wouldn't sound. And when locking/unlocking, Do all the locks unlock/lock at the same time? Because on mine, they go one by one. Like first drivers door, then passenger, then rear doors, then trunk.

Lastly... To replace/change the ovp... Can I just pull it out? I seem to sometimes have trouble starting the car up and I can't seem the pull up the clear plastic to change out the fuse. I've searched.. But I might as well get a straight answer
