Rain leaks into my '83 300D Turbo down the pillar between the doors and onto the rear seat floor. I chased the two front drains for the sunroof - they exit midway down the forward door jambs. Where do the rear drains exit? I've tried chasing them from above. I lucked out and found the drain quickly on the driver's side but couldn't on the passenger side. On the driver's side the chaser (bike brake housing) wouldn't go further than 3 1/2 feet.

The rear drains are hooked up the sunroof frame at the rear edges and the hoses run down the C-pillars, through the trunk (behind the quarter panel/fender upholstery) and exit the car behind the rear bumper (but that is on the newer models) or behind the rear wheels at the outer sides of the trunk floor (I believe)...
greetingz,
