Cross-Reference Part Number

If someone could help me find which other car use same part.

The car is:
83' 280SL (EURO)

The part i need:
Thrust Cut-Off Valve #0000941565

Thanks in advance for any help!

PS: I have the EPC but i do not know how to cross-reference part numbers, if someone could explain to me how to do this it could help me in the future!
