W220: HELP: 'Low Beam,L, Check Lamp'

Hi,

My 2001 S500(26k) has come up with the above malfunction. I have checked the left headlamp at night and it seems like the blue/white light xenon bulb is not working. (One side shows the blue glow the other side just has a amber dim)

I assume I need to get the bulb changes, is this something I could do?

If not how much should it cost for the stealer (parts/labour)? Or an independent?

Is there anything else it could be?

Thanks
Jig

at the dealer the bulb is about $200 for the part. You might want to have them install it, the xenon headlamps can be tricky to get it to latch in correctly.

How long shoukd a dealer take to do the work?

Is it $200 for one or a pair of bulbs?
