Mirror ans seats going nutty

99 E300TD
It started with my front seats. Wont go backward, I can hit the programed position and they will got to position last saved which happens to fully back. But the back button on both seats won't happen.
Now when I put the car in reverse the right outside mirror repositions itself. Hey, I just put the car in reverse.
The left mirror has decided it wants to be in some position totally useless.
This is dumb crap. I'm tired of the stealership rocking me for stuff and always having to make two trips to see them.
The AC decides it it to cold in my car after about 2 hours of running and goes turns the heat on.
How much useless crap can these guys put on a car???

The right side view mirror is supposed to dip when backing, it offers better view of curbs and objects close behind you. You may be able to turn it off if you prefer, mine is programmable, read the owners manual. The seat switch can be easily repaired if you are so inclined. Get a can of electriconics cleaner from Radio Shack. It is better if you remove the switch and open the face, then just spray on the cleaner, wipe it off and you will be good to go. The AC uses partial heat/cooled air to maintain temperature, I don't know what would cause it to malfunction after 2 hours.

Best,

g
