Just to review...
You've checked the big flat fuse (either on fender well, or next to fuse box) You've pulled the plug on top, and that didn't force the fans to come on. You've checked the resistor behind the drivers headlight to make sure the wiring is intact. Can you unplug a fan, and give it current directly? (perhaps via a battery charger?)

I did pull the plug and they didn't come on.
As for the other things, there are so many connections in the engine bay, I don't want to start pulling plugs because I don't know what they are for. It's hard to know what I'm looking for without pictures. I've read that the fans are wired separately. Something somewhere is burned out because both fans aren't working. Thanks, Craig
