E430 passenger window issue

E430 passenger window issue

On my E430 the passenger side window gets stuck in the middle. On close inspection I can see that the window is slightly tilted and is out of the groove on the rear. If I push on the window a little bit towards the back the window will slide up but after some attempts. Any simple issue or I need the window regulator.
