For people that do not know that much about cars, could those people that use abbreviations please spell out the word at least once so that I know what you are talking about when I read your posts?

Which abbreviations do you need to know? You are right, some of us just take it for granted that people know what we mean. I am sure I have done this myself and not realize it.
