Doh - Used Mineral instead of Synthetic Hydraulic Fluid on w210 Wagon

I misread the hydraulic fluid part number on the reservoir for my 2002 4matic wagon. I used Febi-Bilstein Hydraulic Fluid, which is the same as MB part number 001 989 10 03 10. I used this because it was the hydraulic fluid listed for my model year at ***************, and used by several owners on the forums (probably w124 owners =)), and I didn't read the part numbers good enough. I found out recently that this was listed by MB as the part number for w124 and earlier models. The w210 part number should be 001 989 20 03 10, and is a synthetic oil instead of a mineral oil.

I know some purists will say the exact part number needs to be used, but I wondering if I would be ok with the 1 quart I added to the reservoir last summer. No problems or leaks, but doesn't mean it may be harming the seals. Is the self leveling system for w210s radically different than w124s? Is mixing mineral and synthetic oils bad?

Thanks!
