This may seem like a dumb question, but is the dealer the only source for a engine wiring harness? I've been afraid to ask how proud they must be of them and will part with one for a phenomenal fee. Anyone know an aftermarket source or how much I can expect to pay for one from the dealer?

That type of part isn't available in the aftermarket.. possibly used from JUNK yard.

Different part numbers for auto trans & manual trans

The auto trans harness is $925 & for the manual trans equipped cars $575.

WHY do you think you need a new harness???
