Hello, a buddy of mine wrote these problems he is having with his car.
Does anyone have any ideas, I know its really hard to diagnose over text, but?


When I go to start it up, it turns over and over and over and over....intill it deceides it wants to catch and fire up. Then I have to put my foot on the gas and give it steady idle to keep it running for about 4 mins, and then let it run for another 5 because I can drive the car, or it will die. I did have the injector holders and seals changed out. That seemed to help alittle but I still have a problem.

The car has a really slow thottle response at first ( I have an exhaust leak and I believe that might be the cause) .... either way, I believe both issues are directly related to fuel and not getting enough fuel.......


Tonight I was driving the car, I let it start for 15 mins....and then took off. The car died....... it would night fire up....it would however crank..like it wanted to turn over..........i.e there is no fuel to the engine.........half tank of gas is in the car.

Would this be a fuel filter issue?

I'm thinking big vacuum leak.
