The MB dealers in my area sell Quaker State (non-synthetic) over the counter. For synthetics, they stock Mobil 1 (0W40). Refer to your owner's manual for the correct viscosity based on the temperatures in your geographic area. I am currently using Mobil 1 5W50 in my M103.
