Vacuum Lock System

All of the sudden my lock system (1986 420 SEL) stopped working. I inspected the vacuum pump, removed vacuum lines from the pump and tested with a Mini-Vac. The locks go down and it holds vacuum.

Questions:

There are two electrical connections to the vacuum pump. What feeds them? The fuse looks good and other items using the fuse are working.

Does anyone have a schematic for the pins in these connections. i.e. positive and negative, ect.

I'm also wondering if the vacuum pump provides any vacuum to the climate control, or is that just fed from the engine vacuum.

Any diagnostic help will be appreciated.
