I got an A/C problem that I haven't reported to the dealer yet. The problem is the A/C works for 20-30 minutes, then it get's really-really cold and shuts off, and doesn't work until I shut off the engine and wait a few. When it stops working, the fan still works, and the fuses are still good.

Just a guess but it sounds like you have air in the system and ice is forming inside to block the flow of coolant which then shuts the system down.
