|
window motor won't go back in the regulator
my 1990 560sel had a broken window regulator and now i cannot get the motor back all the way in the regulator. does anyone have the answer? i forght it for over a hour last night to no avail.

You're talking about the worm gear? I just greased it up and pushed it in. It may have required a twist or two to get aligned with the regulator gear - it's been awhile.
