W210- No windows or central locking????

Please help or point in the right direction. W210
1997 E series. Suddenly, ALL of the power windows stopped working & the central locking is also non-op. The remote signal is being recieved by the car but no locking action. Also, to make things even weirder... the wipers don't work, [Washer works though] and turn signals & flashers light up but no "Blinking". Everything else seems okay and yes, I checked fuses in the engine compartment, behind the head light switch, and under the rear seat with all fuses being A-ok.
There must be a relay somewhere?? What am I missing?Come on, what do you think??????
Anxiously awaiting your reply,
Stan M.

Also check the fuses on top of the K-40 relay module. If those are good, I'd try substituting another K-40 anyway.

The battery is just over a year old. I didn't perform a load
and electrolite test on it but I'm sure it would pass.

The K-40 module is in the module box at the right-rear of the engine compartment. It says "Battery Under Back Seat" on the cover. K-40 is right at the front. You can't miss the fuses.
