I wanted to let you know about that code isssue. All of the sudden (maybe with the warmer weather) the CEL no longer on (bulb works, though). Still codes 161 and 173 (taht one as pending) in the system, but no CEL. Had my scheduled service appointment w/ MB dealer today, the dealer dropped pursuing the issue because "not able to duplicate the fault w/ no CEL on". Said everything OK for now and come back, if CEL shows up again. All I did is to clean the old MAF sensor w/ CRC cleaner and drive for few days w/ CEL on. Moody car, I guess :-))

If the codes are pending, it's probably just a matter of time before the CEL will come on again.
You may have to take the dealer up on it.
