1988 300E transmission slips going into 3rd only HELP?

I have a 1988 300E and the problem is when shifting into 3rd it slips when normal driving i let off the gas peddle when it shifting into 3rd its not so bad but still slips After its in 3rd all is fine..i had the trans serviced with a new filter still the same thing nothing chaned please help me out? ?
