Retractable hardtop problem with SLK 320

I'm hoping someone can help. My hardtop on my 2001 SLK 320 goes all the way up and down but it stops right before the windows go up. The red light stays on on the button that you push to make it go up and down and i keep getting a beeping sound. I can only put up my front windows that back windows stay down. Does anyone know what can be the problem?

Thanks, Lisa

Low fluid level???

That is computer controlled...really need scan of system to see if possibly a switch isn't responding.

I'm not sure what you mean by low fluid control? I just had it serviced by Mercedes last week. Which fluid are you speaking about?

Thanks, Lisa

You probably have a micro-switch problem. Switches operate in a certain sequence. Unless you are good at troubleshooting electrical components, you'll need to take it to the dealer.
