Should I get a W124 vs. W210 Wagon?

I hated the rack and pinion MB design with my E420.

Always at 100 + mph, whenever the road was slightly uneven, you had to CONSTANTLY correct to stay on course. A 124/126 would stay straight as an arrow with no correction. The only benefit is that they are easier to handle city driving, IMHO.
