What exactly happens at WOT?

Everything is working fine with my car except when the temperature goes beyond 80C. Is this WOT? The engine starts to stumble at this temp. It doesn't affect the power while driving but it definitely bothers me while iding.

I think I read somewhere that the EHA takes over the IACV at WOT. Can somebody confirm this please. Aside from this, does anything else happen?

Thanks in advance.

WOT = Wide Open Throttle

Sounds like a sensor has checked out on you.
