Ok a quick question for you guys.
Can the hood star on a 1996 c220 be swapped for let's say the flat emblem that the R129 SL uses? On my older 190E 2.6 I liked the hood star, as it went well with the completely chrome grille. On the C Class, I dunno, just seems like it breaks the lines of the car, so I was hoping for something more subtle. I didnt want to have to do any body work to the car, but if the flat emblem will work, I would really prefer it to the star. Thanks in advance for the advice, Best wishes and take care, George Androulakis 1996 C220 91k 1990 190E 2.6 138k when sold |

Check with Bekkers for a replacement flat hood emblem.
