Depending on how the former owner drove, the 430's sporty wheels can be bent. Tie rod ends/ball joints etc. on the front suspension can be worn too at that mileage; again, depending on how it was driven. Of course, you can test drive it to see if there are any vibrations from the suspension, check tires for any unusual wear patterns, and check for excessive wheel play, etc.

Check the power windows, seats, and sunroof for proper operation.

Check the front spoiler to see if it has been broken. It's very low, and catches on curbs easily.
