420 Help!!!

Hello my firens has an 1987 420sel.
It has a bad "miss" feels like a dead hole!!!
It has good plugs-distributor cap-rotor button-wires.
No leak at any of the injector seals.
Cam timing ok, marks on came match with "0" on the crank
Don't know about fuel pressure, but both pumps work.
Runs smooth above 2000-2500
but it shakes BAD @ idle!!!!!!!

What the H!!!

O can the fuel mixture on the air horn be just out???
Chris

Yes it can, check the on off ratio,at x11, set the fuel mixture, what is the idle rpm? the Eha and the potentiometer may need some help too. But the basics of plugs wires and cap/rotor is good to know, did you check the wires for resistance? to much resistance is not uncommon and will give a dead hole!

420 "miss"

The wires are good! Plugs are the correct ones!
It misses soo bad.....scary bad
But I went over and loosened up the injector lines on the fuel distributor, some fuel came out within half a turn, others I pulled the line all the way off and I found many of the not affecting the idle, so I think it's toast!!!
