Seems like as soon as I fix one thing, some new gremlin comes up to haunt me!

This time, the outside time display shows what appears to be missing led segments..."-" omstead of "+" and the middle display of the "F" is out, so it looks like an upside down "L" (as best as I can describe). The numerical display is fine as is the accuracy.

Is this a ribbon cable issue, or do I need to replace the display?
