1998 CL600 Power loss

I have a '98 CL600 and it runs great for about 10 minutes until eng. temp reaches 80-90deg, then it feels as if I loose a bank of cylinders. Big drop in power, but it drives ok with low power. It is difficult to start until the engine cools again. When it is cool, it starts right up and runs great for 10 minutes or so...

I recently replace all plugs, wires and ignition coils. Due to bad coils and misfires. Any ideas as to what this could be?

Thanks,
john
