W210-E320-1997-Throttle lag

Hi everybody... i just am going through a mysterious problem ... MY RPM dives slightly towards 0 as i throttle.... and comes back again immediately... as if there is a delay in throttle response...

Things i've already done are:
1. Changed MAF
2. Changed Fuel Pump, Filter
3. Got injectors cleaned
4. CPS changed
5. Camshaft magnet cleaned re installed
6. Chevron in the fuel
7. Spark plugs changed, coils, wires checked
8. etc. etc. etc.

Dont get anything on the Dyno...

Could it be the Throttel Positioning Sensor (i believe its on the side of the actuator) can it be replaced or the whole actuator has to be replaced?

I dont think there is a Accelarator Position Sensor in E320 ... 1996...??
