This seems to be a minor problem which started after the Idle Speed Actuator was replaced (car had stalling problems at very low speed or while idling). Now, one week after this repair, the turning lights some times work and sometimes don't: no lights, no signaling (right or left), no blinking, no emergency lights etc.. and then they work normal as usual. Does any one know what is going on?, is this problem related to the Actuator replacement?. I checked the fuses and they are ok, any ways if they were bad the lights wouldn't work at all. If any one has any suggestions, please let me know, before I go to the trouble of taking the car back to the shop. Thanks in advance.

Sounds to me like either a loose wire, faulty fuse, or malfunctioning flasher.

I'm not a tech, but I'd check into em.

You probably need a new combination relay? It's the relay that controls the intermittent wipers, flashers and turn signals. Do your intermittent wipers work?
The relay is behind the fuse box under a protective cover removed by screws. Not sure which one it is on your car, but I wiggled mine and it started working and has not done wrong again yet!

Good luck.
