I would like to reverse engineer the w140 blower regulator because mine is fried, (on my 1995 S420).
I have already determined most of what I need to know, however there are a few pieces of information I can't determine without a few measurements taken from a good working unit.
Is there anyone willing to do this? I can provide instructions, to whaterer level of detail you need to do this. The unit that would be measured would not be harmed in any way.
You will need a quality Volt/Ohm meter, preferabley with a diode detector on it, or a semiconductor parametric analizer, which even I don't have any access to, and it would help if you had some basic understanding of electronic components. If no diode detector, then I might be able to figure it out with just the resistance and conductance measurements from the Volt/Ohm meter.
If interested in this project, please let me know.
Thanks,
Bruce
