Misfire Code

I have a 1999 S500 with 165K miles that I just replaced the headgaskets on. I sent the heads out for a valve job and now that it is back together and it is running a little rough. I replaced the plugs with autolight OE resistor plugs but and I am still getting an error code that says cylinder 2 is misfiring and a random misfire code.

Any advice would be appreciated.
