I have 1988 300d which has a misfire at 800rpm. You can feel it when you are in neutral and when the engine is underload. The engine is otherwise in good order. Any ideas?

What do you mean by misfire? Is there one cylinder that is not hitting or is it just stumbling some?

300D Misfire
I think its is more of a stumble, always at 800 rpm. Its fine below and above 800rpm.
