How in the heck does this thing come apart?!?

'91 300E Headlight motor assembly, see pics. I am trying to get everything back together after the car was struck in the passenger headlight by a deer.

Here's my question: Does this wiper assembly come apart, and if so where and how? I have to get this wiper assembly back on the car to make it look "right."

The large piece of gray plastic actually part of the previous headlight assembly. I need to slide this unit thru the new assembly to make everything fit properly. Any ideas on how I can accomplish this?

Thanks in advance!!

On my '86 300E the wiper will swing down to access the bolt holding it to the shaft. It has a clamp type fitting and with little force the arm will pivot.
