W210: Headrest piece broke and leather came undone, how to fix??

One of my friends leaned on the passenger side headrest on my '01 E430 and he broke a plastic piece inside the headrest and the whole thing came undone. Is there any way to fix this or do i need to replace the headrest. Anyone else have a similiar problem.
