Mercedes Benz and BMW along with other manufacturers all require Zerex G05 as their coolant. I have found it at NAPA. If they do not have it in stock they will get it for you. If you are running the green stuff, do a search of the site for "citric acid flush" you will need to flush the system with water, degrease it, then flush with citric acid in order to get all the green stuff out.

I think a lot of cars other than MB's and BMW's have plastic in their cooling systems. I would think the non-corossive stuff would be more readily available if the green is that hard on plastic.
