The hose leading from the expansion tank for overflow in my 1991 420 SEL lead in to the left (passenger) fender and apparently goes to some sort of overflow tank. I wanted to change the hose, but how do I get access to the overflow tank?

remove the inner fender well...it's a bit of a pain and expect to find lots of debris behind said panel.
