UPDATE:

Indy replaced the Compressor again and it still has the same problem.
He suggested replacing the belt tensioner, still same problem.
He then suggests replacing the valve, still same problem.
Now he suggest replacing hose. I will find out later if this worked.
At this rate, I will have a new AC system. :-(

Doctor suggested lungs transplant, still same problem.
Now doctor suggests brain transplant ...
At this rate, there will be a Frankenstein .

On a serious note, does your Indy do any diagnose at all, instead of replacing the whole system one piece at a time?

He is new to me but was highly recommended by others.
He diagnosed as above and has had my car for over 1 week.
Highly frustrated at this point.

still think your noise is motor mounts seeing as the compressor is mounted at the bottom on the left side.one good way to check is to get a floor jack under the oil pan[use pce of 2 by 4],turn on engine and a/c to where you feel vibration and then jack the engine up a little and see if noise changes.

Indy said motor mounts are in good condition.
He said they look almost new.

Hi, it could be that the discharge hose from the compressor to the condenser is touching somethign and the vibration from the compressor is being amplified. This happens sometimes. be sure it's not touching the inner fender for example.

So he did replace the tensioner? What about the little shock absorber on the tensioner?

or pull the passenger side (10 minutes) and take a look
