Question anti-freeze going some where 1994 E-320

All my hoses seem to be okay. Where is the weep hole for a 104 engine water pump and can you see it? What's the best way to tell if it's the head gasket? Thanks

Don't over look the possibility that you may have a pin hole leak in the heater core. Best way to tell is after blower startup do the defrost vents fog the windshield a little with a somewhat oily haze? And do you detect a slightly sweat smell to the air exiting these vents?
