M104 Head

I have to get replacement valves for an 95 E320 Sedan and I need to now the engine number, what and where is this number, can the dealer look this up on there system or can I since I did subscribe to startek for the day.

Any help would be appreciated

Your engine number is 104.992. When you click on "Buy Parts" on top and type the model year, you'll get a list of chassis numbers and engine numbers for the different types of models.

Another number he may be looking for looks like "-230097" or "230098-". This refers to the last six digits of the VIN, and means "production up to vehicle 230097" and "production beyond vehicle 230097", respectively. So make sure to bring the VIN with you next time you see him.
