OK, I need to figure out a way to get an old Benz back to Ohio from Hantsport, NS. It's a '59 180 sedan and I have been longing for one for a while and have finally located one---of course it just HAS to be far away!
![]() Mapquest.com gave me a figure of about 1,200 miles and 24 hours driving time. Looks like a ferryboat ride for 50 miles is part of the trip. I can arrange to borrow a friend's F-350 diesel and trailer but I am thinking it might be wise to at least get the car commercially shipped to Maine. I would definitely pick it up there. Anybody in NS with a trailer willing to go scoop it for me for a generous reward?!?! Also, what's the deal with transferring a Canadian title to the US? Any help there would also be appreciated.
