1997 W210 Cell Phone Question for Benzmac

I am studying the wiring diagram from my 1997 E420 to install a Nokia handsfree kit (Nokia CARK-91H).
I think I am doing good progress and it appears that the unit will have to be located in the left trunk panel and connected to the 25 pin connector.
Can I use the OE cell phone antenna (M11)in the pannel for the Nokia kit? Or is it obsolete and I need to use a stick on rear window antenna?
