One of my power steering hoses is leaking. I haven't looked closely to see if it's a feed or return hose. In any case, it's a ~10" length of rubber hose which fits between a metal tube extending from the pump reservoir and a metal line going to the power steering fluid cooler. It seems to have plain hose clamps on either end.
Two questions: - is replacing this hose as straightforward as it looks? - does the power steering system have to be bled or just refilled after this hose is replaced? - if it has to be bled, is there anything besides RTFM? Thanks, Sixto 91 300SE |
