1994 E320 Idle too High

Hi all again,
I will start from the beginning.
I used to have a surging idle problem ( up and down ) so i changed the spark plugs, wires, boots, MAF.
I had another MAF, a hot wire one, but it still surged, so i got a hot film one, now it settles at 1200 on neutral, and about 900 on drive.

I checked the cable and its loose, you cant bring it down any more.
but one thing i did notice that when i start it in the morning, it starts at 1200 in nuetral instead of surging high till it warms up then goes down like any other normal car when it warms up.

I also noticed the more i drive it, the more the rpm climbs in drive and nuetral, for example by the time i get back home, its about 1300 in nuetral and 1000 in drive.

the rpm doesnt go up and down on its own any more, and i feel a great lack of power in lower speeds of driving, and i could almost feel a light backfire while driving. and the gas mileage is terrible, its spending double the gas it was prior to this problem.

I keep on getting code 6 on the main reader,
code 8 on pin 8, and
code 2 on pin 14.

I tried everything, and its mind boggling, any help is appreciated.
thanks in advance.
