I am looking to replace the pads/rotors on my 90 300TE 4matic, came across these on ebay:

Genuine Mercedes brake pads are rotors are reasonably priced and there are none better.

No, never heard of them. Sounds like a great deal though

By the way have you ever had slotted rotors before? They make an audible humming noise at low speed when you come to a stop. Not very intrusive but some people find it annoying. Just a heads up if you get them.
